All I want for X'mas is a Blue Raincoat

I have been crazy about boots lately, perhaps partly influenced by my recent trip to Japan (where boots are essential for autumn/winter) but mostly I think is due to an advertisment banner I saw at the shopping mall. A young lady with slender legs wearing knee high cherry red boots... that is style!

The US Dr. Martens website features a large collection of lovely boots, unfortunately most are not available in SG. Although looking at the products on the website is appealing enough, still, the true characteristics of a pair of Dr. Martens will only be fully appreciated when you put them on your feet. Wow, the fit is great and so is the comfort! Of course looks are never compromised.

It is not just me but the whole town is apparently mad about boots too! The popular designs and colours from Dr. Martens are out of stock island-wide. I was offered a pair of red one to try on which I did. I grinned as I looked at myself in the mirror with the pair of red boots on my feet. I am certainly missing something...

All I need now is a blue raincoat.

Will someone throw in the hat too?

The Japanese girls' expression of kawaii-ness is definitely not the Pooh and Paddington styles. Haha...
